Little Peeps Fleece uses Australia Post to deliver all our parcels.
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours if placed on a business day. Delivery to all areas in Australia is within 2-5 Business Days. These delivery times are an estimate only as we use a third party supplier for all deliveries and as such Little Peeps Fleece cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Postage is calculated on weight using the Australia Post module.

Little Peeps Fleece aims to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full.
If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel please contact us so that we can discuss suitable action.
If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.
To organise an exchange or refund you must contact us within 21 days of receipt of your parcel. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or call us on 0409544148. Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and include a self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original.
